Optional Activities
We’re excited to offer exclusive tours on Monday, January 13 and Thursday, January 16. Each attendee may select one tour to participate in. All tours last two hours and include transportation. A registration link has been sent to you so that you may choose your preferred date and time. Space is limited, and advance signup is required.

Garden District Walking Tour
Learn about the cultural splits that inspired Uptown expansion as you tour America’s best collection of antebellum mansions and 19th-century architecture. The Garden District is composed of oak-lined streets; intricately manicured gardens; and exquisite homes designed by some of the city’s most famed architects. See the homes of former celebrity and athlete residents, as well as those who call the Garden District home today.

French Quarter Walking Tour
This tour encompasses an essential introduction to New Orleans’ incredible history. The French Quarter serves as the center of NOLA’s rich culture and history, with its boundaries defining the original city, founded in 1718. This tour delves into the origins of New Orleans as the colonial capital of French Louisiana.

Mardi Gras World Walking Tour
Since 1947, Mardi Gras World artists and craftsmen have designed and built the oldest and biggest parade floats and attractions for each Mardi Gras season, with over 500 floats built and decorated each year. You never get this close to the floats while they’re rolling in Mardi Gras parades, and this is certainly the only place to see how these amazing pieces come to life each year.

St. Louis Cemetery No. 1 Walking Tour
Take a walk through New Orleans’ past when you visit St. Louis Cemetery No. 1. Discover the tombs of famous residents, get up close and personal with the city’s unique above-ground burial structures, and learn interesting historical facts.

Spirits & Spirits Walking Tour
We took the most interesting ghost stories, combined them with seedy haunted bars, and rolled them all into one tour. Our first story starts at a location where spirits and spirits meet. Carry your drink along the streets to your next location and listen to one spooky story after another.

Wellness Activities
Wellness activities will be offered on Tuesday, January 14 and Wednesday, January 15. Attendees are welcome to participate on either or both days. Each class lasts 45 minutes and will be held at the hotel. Signup is available through the registration site. Space is limited, so advance registration is required.

Move Ya Brass

Move Ya Brass is a fun, funky fitness experience that brings the spirit of New Orleans to your workout. This high-energy cardio class is taught by Move Ya Brass instructors to the beat of New Orleans brass band music. Both challenging for the fitness-centric and accessible and enjoyable for newcomers, Move Ya Brass is always an entertaining and rewarding workout.

Morning Yoga
Wednesday, January 15 - 7:00 AM
Kick off the day with a yoga session led by a top New Orleans instructor. Practicing yoga in a group setting builds connection between individuals. Breathing together, moving together, cultivating energy with one another and finding stillness together is so powerful.
