Make sure you have your passport/government-issued identification with you.
Familiarize yourself with your airline’s carry-on and checked baggage policies.
Check for last-minute flight changes and gate changes. You can find this information on your airline’s website.
CHANGE REQUESTS
Any flight changes after ticketing must be approved by your manager.
Change fees without approval will be your financial responsibility.
Change fees: $125 plus any airline fees or fare differences, to be covered by you if over budget.

EVENT TRANSPORTATION
Transportation will be provided to and from all off-site events. We’ll give you all the details when you get to New Orleans, like where and what time to meet the shuttle. At the hotel, if you need answers to any questions, stop by the Nexxen Hospitality Desk. Our friendly event staff will take care of you.
